This wine is produced from century-old vines, planted by the family's great-grandfather after his return from the First World War. The family wanted to honor his memory by vinifying these vines the same way he did, in old demi-muids. It is dense and saline, deep and complex, revealing itself subtly in the glass, offering juicy flavours of white fruit and a long, persistent finish of great elegance and finesse.

It shows notes of exotic fruit and ripe citrus. On the palate it is broad and generous, sustained by a fine acidity and a remarkable purity that give it elegance and depth, enriched by an additional dimension of expression provided by the amphora's oxygenation. It finishes long and persistent, leaving a lasting impression of freshness and sophistication.

"Bulle" had its first edition in 2013, made by Sophie and Gautier for their own wedding. It is made using the ancestral method, relying solely on the natural sugars of grapes harvested at the ideal point of ripeness. The result is a Pét Nat of great freshness and elegance, with intense and expressive aromas. On the palate it reveals crisp, juicy flavours, sustained by a firm, perfectly integrated acidity. It finishes long, precise and vibrant, with remarkable purity and balance.

A wine of remarkable expression, with elegant aromas of ripe yellow fruits, orange blossom, smoke and flint. The entry is broad and saline, revealing a deep, well-structured mid-palate. Notes of exotic fruit emerge, balanced by a precise and enveloping minerality. The lively acidity gives it energy and definition, culminating in a long, harmonious finish.
