Bright straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Aromas of pear, melon, lemon peel, lime blossom, cut grass and a touch of anise. On the palate it is elegant and fresh, with a saline finish reflecting the volcanic soil's influence, good acidity and a persistent finish.

Straw yellow with golden reflections. Flavourful and aromatic on the palate, with notes of citrus and peach; on the nose, orange blossom and fresh fruit, especially peach and lemon.

Complex and seductive. Very aromatic nose. Reveals aromas of black cherry, raspberry, bitter almond, chestnut skin, walnut, allspice and clove. On the palate it is silky and enveloping, with almost velvety tannins and a long, persistent finish.
