How it works
Three steps to the portal.
Access to the professional channel is reserved for verified partners. After the form is completed, Natwine evaluates each request individually before granting access.

Natwine analyzes each request individually.
Response within 24 to 48 hours.

Access to the professional channel
After approval, credentials are sent by email. On the professional channel: catalog with wholesale prices, availability per box, technical data sheets and order history.
Partnership conditions
Logistics designed for the restaurant industry.
Bi-weekly shipments
Monday, for orders placed by Saturday at 1 PM. Thursday, for orders placed by Wednesday at 1 PM.
Delivery and transport
Free delivery in mainland Portugal. Stored in a suitable location until shipment.
Payment
Payment can be made immediately or with terms to be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis, depending on the history of the partnership.

Each delivery is accompanied by a technical sheet for each wine, ready for training the service team.
Intra-Community purchases
European companies with a valid intra-community VAT number can purchase without VAT, after validation of their business account.
A wine list with its own unique identity.
