On the nose, nuances of red fruits are easily detected – raspberry, pomegranate and wild strawberry – as well as spices and aromatic herbs, all with a rustic edge. Light body, pleasantly high acidity and polished tannins. A super-dry finish, accentuating its gastronomic character.

A very appealing aroma of red and black fruits, earth, spices and lavender. On the palate, it is rich and broad, with soft tannins wrapped in bright acidity.

Intense and structured. It stands out for its elegance and spicy character, combining notes of black fruit and pepper, wrapped in a subtle rustic touch. On the palate it is dense, aromatic and well-defined, with good depth and balance, resulting in a striking and highly expressive wine.

Small, bright bubbles, of a warm and attractive yellow. Pears dancing with citrus, with honeyed tones from some residual sugar left over from fermentation. Crisp and appealing. Perfect to accompany a light snack on a hot day.

Crystalline yellow, paler than shiny. Green apple acidity, wonderfully refreshing. The finish is like sucking on a white peach pit. Ideal for chicken or shrimp with Asian spices. In a blind tasting, you'd swear it was an authentic Loire Chenin.

Complex and vibrant. It presents layers of citrus fruit, preserved lemon, cooked apricot, white flowers and honey. On the palate it is vigorous, tannic, with dense and flavourful fruit. Its cutting acidity makes it perfect to pair with shellfish, but also white meats and cheeses.

Delicate bubbles, of a vibrant yellow, full of citrus (especially lime and lemon) and refreshing aromas. On the palate, floral, peach and apricot flavours stand out, and the saline finish refreshes the palate, making it hard to stop drinking.
