The Aficionados Program is open to every customer with a registered account in the Natwine online shop.
How are points earned?
For every euro spent on products you earn ten points. Shipping costs do not count towards points.
How are points redeemed?
In the shopping cart you can convert the points you have accumulated into a discount code, provided you have reached one of the following tiers: 2,500 points (2.5%), 5,000 points (5%), 7,500 points (7.5%), 10,000 points (10%) or 15,000 points (15%). You can convert as soon as you reach the tier you choose. Redemption is never automatic.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points are valid for 3 years from the date of each purchase.
Does buying a Gift Card count towards the Aficionados Program?
Yes. Buying a Gift Card earns points exactly like any other purchase in the online shop.
Can I use the discount when buying a NatBox?
Yes. The Aficionados Program discount is valid on any purchase in the online shop, including the NatBox.
Do points accumulate on shipping costs?
No. Points accumulate only on the value of the products purchased.
Can the discount be combined with other promotions?
No. The Aficionados Program discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes in force.
