Solo: One plot with a mix of sand and another plot with silt combined with a small amount of clay, but very rich in limestone. The same soil as the famous Barolo di Verduno.

Área das Vinhas: 2 small plots located in the Village of Roddi, at 220 metres altitude, totalling 0.4 hectares, with south / southeast exposure.

Colheita (método): Hand-harvested in the last week of September and second week of October.

Vinificação: Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Maceration with skin contact for 20 to 30 days.
